Hey friends! This fall, I’ll be heading to Italy and Albania for four months on a mission trip! I’ll be spending that time sharing the love of Jesus and spreading the Gospel, and honestly… I’m still in awe that this is actually happening. I feel so honored to be stepping into this calling.
If you had told me a year ago this would be my next step, I probably wouldn’t have believed you. But God has a way of showing up and redirecting things in the best possible way.
This past spring break, I went on a week-long mission trip to Mexicali, Mexico, and it was completely life-changing. I didn’t go in expecting some huge shift, but during that week, God stirred something really deep in my heart. I felt this clear, undeniable calling to pursue missions in a bigger way. He taught me so much in such a short amount of time. what it looks like to fully surrender, how powerful faithfulness can be, and how much joy there is in simply saying Yes to Him, even when it doesn’t match the plan I had in mind.
When I got home, I said YES! Just a week later, I signed up for this trip. And ever since then, there’s been such a sense of peace and purpose around it. It feels like the next right step. I feel God’s hand all over it!
So… why Italy and Albania?
Both places are beautiful, yes, but more importantly, they’re places where people are hungry for connection, hope, and truth. I’ll be part of a team working with local ministries, building relationships, serving practically, and sharing the Gospel however we can. I don’t know all the details yet, but I do know this: God’s already there, and He’s already working. I just get to join in.
To make this trip happen, I need to raise $7,900 to cover travel, food, housing, transportation, and ministry costs.
